ORDER LEAD TIME

As many of our products are custom or made to order, production times can vary. Typically, for custom and made to order items, there is a 3-4 week production period once a design approval and order deposit has been received. For special orders placed with our Designers, production time can take anywhere from 4-10 weeks depending on the Designer and stone availability. Upon completion of your order, or for any in-stock items ordered, upon shipment of your order, delivery typically takes 2 business days. If you are concerned about the timing of your order, please reach out to us at customerservice@magnoliacityjewelers.com.

For your convenience, and for the safety of the items during transport, one gift box is provided per item.

Should you require expedited delivery, overnight shipping is provided at an additional charge. Please refer to Shipping for details.

Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, we will consolidate them into a single shipment unless otherwise requested via email.

SHIPPING
Magnolia City Jewelers is pleased to offer complimentary 2 day shipping on orders over $500 excluding sale and clearance items. For orders under $500, a flat 2 day shipping rate of $30 applies. For items purchased on sale or clearance, shipping costs will be determined by the value of the items for insurance purposes. To ensure the safety of your precious jewelry, all orders are insured through our trusted shipping partners. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for any delays.

All jewelry shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes. Please be aware that any shipping charges for undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Most in-stock items will be shipped same-day. Orders placed after 3pm CST will ship the following day. Magnolia City Jewelers does not ship on Fridays as to avoid any potential loss or damage of packages while mail carriers are closed on weekends. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following business day, with the exception of overnight shipping for Saturday delivery which can be organized at an additional charge. For orders with multiple items, we consolidate them into a single shipment unless otherwise specified via email. To organize an overnight or Saturday delivery, please reach out to us at [email protected] at the time your order is placed.

If a shipment is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, the original purchaser will be contacted and will need to cover the reshipping fees, starting at $30. The reshipping fee will be determined by the value of the item(s) in the shipment for insurance purposes.

PAYMENTS
At Magnolia City Jewelers, we gladly accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We are also pleased to offer financing options through Synchrony Bank. For more information on our financing options, please refer to Financing for details. Please note that payment is processed at the time your order is placed, irrespective of the production time for your order.

Please be aware that we can only accommodate a single form of payment per online order. If you would like to divide your payments across multiple credit cards, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.

FINANCING
At Magnolia City Jewelers, we recognize the importance of flexible financing options when purchasing fine jewelry. We are pleased to provide financing options Synchrony Bank. To apply for 6 month interest free financing through Synchrony Bank, please begin your application for the Synchrony Luxury Credit Card® New and existing cardholders should see their cardholder agreements for their applicable terms and conditions. Financing is subject to credit approval.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will automatically be applied to orders shipped to addresses in states where we are required to collect and remit. Please be aware that requirements and thresholds may vary and are subject to change based on factors beyond our control.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Discounts can be applied during checkout using any Promotion Code provided to you. Please note that discounts and promotions are valid only for specific items within the designated time frames. Discounts and promotional codes can only be applied to regularly priced in stock items and cannot be applied to sale items, loose diamond or gemstone purchases, custom orders, gift cards, previous purchases, or combined with any other offers. Magnolia City Jewelers reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

At Magnolia City Jewelers, your satisfaction is our utmost priority!

We are pleased to offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your purchase. All returns and exchanges require prior approval and are only accepted for items purchased though magnoliacityjewelers.com or in our boutique showroom. To ensure the protection of the jewelry and return package, we will provide a Return Label to ensure the package is properly insured. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the Magnolia City Jewelry box and/or pouch, and will be inspected before acceptance. Merchandise showing signs or wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. Returns and exchanges will be processed for accepted items, less the original and return shipping fees, as well as any merchant service processing fees.

Any custom or personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. All Sale items purchased are not eligible for refunds, but can be returned for store credit within the return or exchange period less any applicable shipping or processing fees. Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.

Magnolia City Jewelers reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return for any purchase that does not meet the above requirements.

Return and Exchange Process:
1. Place your jewelry in a shipping box along with your completed exchange form. Ensure your jewelry is returned in its original packaging, in the manner that it was received.
2. Attach the pre-paid label to the shipping box.
3. Deliver your packaged box to UPS or FedEx, depending on the label provided.

    Repair & Resizing

    Fine jewelry is inherently delicate, and we are pleased to offer complimentary repairs for items purchased through magnoliacityjewelry.com within the first 120 days of receipt. Repairs requested after 120 days or those resulting from misuse will incur repair and shipping fees, with costs to be determined after inspection plus shipping.

    Many of our rings can be resized depending on the style. Eternity bands or rings with stones going all the way around cannot be resized, but can typically be re-made in a smaller or larger size. Resizing and remaking costs will be determined after inspection and dependent on the size required for the ring.

    Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for items repaired by other jewelers. Any repair required within the first 120 days of receipt will not be covered if another jeweler has worked on the item.

    Repairs & Adjustments

      Purchase Terms & Conditions

      PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY. These terms and conditions (together with your order confirmation, the “Agreement”) form a legal contract between Magnolia City Jewelers, LLC (“We”) and you. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by this agreement. For the purposes of this agreement, “Product” refers to the item(s) described in your order confirmation.

      Order Acceptance and Cancellation. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the Product under the terms of this Agreement. We are not obligated to sell the Product until we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion, even after sending a confirmation email.

      Prices. All prices, discounts, and promotions listed on our website, magnoliacityjewelers.com, or communicated via social media are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of your order and will be detailed in your Order Confirmation. Prices shown do not include taxes, shipping and handling. Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, cover our costs for processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery. All taxes and charges will be added to the Product’s total price and outlined in your Order Confirmation. While we strive to provide accurate pricing, we may occasionally make typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel orders arising from them.

      Shipment. We will arrange the shipment of your Product and you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees specified in your Order Confirmation. Ownership of the Product transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier, and risk of loss transfers upon delivery. You should inspect your package immediately upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours of delivery by contracting [email protected]. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for any delays. We insure all shipments against loss or damage during transit. We are not responsible for any Product damaged during return if the Product was not packaged and shipped in the manner it was received.

      Warranty and Disclaimers. All products are provided “as is” without any warranties.

      Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages arising from any breach of this agreement.

      Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

      Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Magnolia City Jewelers regarding the sale, purchase, and use of the goods supersedes any previous agreements. No modification of this Agreement is binding unless made in writing and agreed upon by us.

      Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action related to this Agreement must be brought in a court located in Harris County.

      Attorney’s Fees. If we prevail in any dispute related to this Agreement, you agree to pay our reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, regardless of the dispute resolution process used.

      No Waivers. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement. Waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

      No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement does not confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you.

      Notices. We may send notices to you via the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current.
